A bill collector now faces sexual assault charges.
43-year old George Edward Herron is accused of going to a Roseville woman's home to discuss a delinquent account then offering to make the bills go away in exchange for a sex.
Herron faces one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree and one count of Aggravated Indecent Exposure. Both are two year misdemeanors.
