Alicia Keys: Engaged to Swizz Beatz?

Rumours have it that singer Alicia Keys, got more than a birthday present when she celebrated her 29th birthday on Monday, but also scored an engagement ring from her from her producer beau, Swizz Beatz!

According to reports, friends of the singer, told the press that 31-year-old Beatz (who is currently going through a divorce from his wife Mashonda) has proposed to Keys with a 7-carat sparkler right before her birthday.

And since that day they were spotted strolling on a Hawaii beach the day of the proposal, January24.


Even though Key’s camp is denying that she is engaged to Beatz, friends said: ”They are currently in Hawaii celebrating the engagement and her birthday. She feels blessed. She is thrilled. She is with the man who has inspired so much of her music and her new album [The Element of Freedom].”

And it seems the big time producer Swizz is inlove with Keys too.

“What we have is so precious,” he told to the New York Daily News last year.
